Our visionary Department drives digital transformation and brand positioning at TOPCAST. The Department ensures that we have deep insights into our principals, customers and other key stakeholders through proactive engagement and that we place their needs at the very heart of everything we do.
With a group of professional Product Line Managers, the Department serves as the irreplaceable bridge between principals and customers and are key to driving overall economic success.
Consisting of five functions: financial analysis, financial reporting, shared services, treasury and acquisition support, and internal control and compliance, the Finance Department aims to provide top quality services through communication, business partnering and corporate governance.
Human Resources and Administration
As advocates of TOPCAST’s culture and values, the Department focuses mainly on our resource planning and employee moral. In addition to Human Resources advisory and administrative services, we develop people strategies which enable our people to create an engaging and high performing work culture.
Driving digitalization in every aspect of TOPCAST’s business, the Information Technology Department manages our network infrastructure, ERP system, as well as data and software usage. It also utilizes advanced analytics to enable our teams to work smarter and more efficiently.
The Department partners with functional groups to derive, plan, and drive business transformation initiatives. Selected key initiatives include sales operational efficiency improvements, top-line growth through capturing higher share-of-wallet, build-out of new analytical tools/digital platforms, and the modernization of supply chain planning capabilities.
As the direct touchpoint with our customers, the Sales Department is critical to our business growth, taking care of our sales correspondence and sales service.
The Department is the industrial arm of TOPCAST, specializing in the distribution of magnet wires, cables and other technical products.
The Department strives to provide the best customer service through continuously improving the efficiency of our customer support activities, including providing on-time inquiry handling and order processing.
A well-organized team that helps manage our inventory; the Department ensures on-time replenishment to maintain sufficient stock levels. The Department rolled out the inventory management strategy to control costs and support the Sales and Customer Support Departments.
As part of its pursuit for excellence, the Department assures TOPCAST as an accredited distributor who meets ASA-100 and FAA AC 00-56 certifications. The Department has established a quality management system in compliance with the International Quality System Standard AS9120 and ISO9001.
The Department owns the Part-145 maintenance and repair station in Hong Kong (approved by aviation authorities, including HKCAD, FAA and EASA), to enhance OEM support in component repairs to airlines within the Asia Pacific region. Our focus on OEM affiliation and engineering excellence has allowed us to provide professional and cost-effective services to the highest quality.
The Logistics Department look after warehouse operations and shipping delivery. It plays an important role in achieving the international standard of delivery through comprehensive and structured warehouse management.
