George Poh
Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing and Customer Services & Support
George Poh is a strategic and analytical business development leader with over 20 years of professional experience and exposure in the regional Aerospace MRO industry.

He joins TOPCAST as Vice President, Global Sales and Customer Support, responsible for setting up, implement and execute TOPCAST’s corporate key strategies, as well as leading global sales and customer services.

Before joining TOPCAST, he served as the Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing (APAC) at Meggitt. He had strategically introduced MRO to complement the OEM distribution business to offer a comprehensive, integrated aftermarket solution to the customers globally. His experiences in building teams for strategic and dynamic macros business management and development, new account start-up and key account management, vertical growth, market research and analysis, and new product development help him achieve his current status.

George also worked for NORDDAM as Senior Director – Sales & Marketing and StandardAero as Vice President Sales & Marketing. During his time at StandardAero, he successfully grew the Asia Pacific team from scratch and submitted Mergers and Acquisitions whitepapers as part of the global business development strategy.

George is an engineer by training and started his career at Honeywell International Inc. He provided technical and engineering support to repairing overhaul components and auxiliary power units and accessories. Hereafter, George embarked on his Business Development and Marketing career with Liebherr Aerospace, holding accountability for the Asia Pacific region.

George holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics (Honours) from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. He exhibits drive, energy, and enthusiasm with a vision for business and sales management.
